Shipping Policy

At AED Zone, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand the terms of delivery, shipping options, and related details.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Notifications: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional cost, with delivery in 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer overnight shipping. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not account for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues).

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.
  • Expedited and overnight shipping options are available for an additional fee.

4. Shipping Locations

We only ship within the United States of America. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • PO Boxes: We can ship to PO boxes; however, certain shipping methods may not be available.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available but may take longer due to military postal service restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, certain circumstances may lead to delays, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. AED Zone is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@aedzone.net or (402) 880-8203, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and ensure a replacement or refund.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items, including some AED accessories and batteries, may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their hazardous material classification. In such cases, we will notify you of any limitations during the checkout process.
