Position : Warehouse Associate – Inbound (Receiving / Inventory / Putaway)

Location : Louisville, KY

Pay Rate : $19.50/hr. with $1.00/hr. added upon completion of 520 hours

$1,500.00 retention bonus opportunity available

Shifts Available :
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (1-hour lunch) & 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Description :
Snelling is currently seeking reliable Inbound Warehouse Associates for a well-established distribution client in Louisville, KY. These positions are responsible for handling the front-end of the warehouse process, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring all materials are properly tracked.

Key Responsibilities :

• Unload inbound trucks and verify shipments against packing slips
• Scan and label products accurately for inventory control
• Transport materials to designated storage locations (putaway)
• Assist in conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

Requirements :

• Prior experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Punctual, team-oriented, and positive attitude
