Responsibilities include directing and monitoring installation, configuration, and consolidation of Database Administration activities and performing all mid-level DB activities. The role also involves developing and maintaining security provisions to guard against unauthorized updates, copying, or destruction of databases. Additionally, the position requires maintaining redlined configuration schematics, user manuals, SOPs, TTPs, Change Management, and providing performance metrics to the Project Manager as required. Other duties include assigning Meta Tags and developing search strategies, user membership rules, record relationships, and data compression techniques. The role also involves maintaining Meta Tag library as required for data analytics within IA and cybersecurity guidelines. Furthermore, the SQL Developer/Administrator is responsible for incident and problem response management and root cause analysis and all required documentation and communications to the government for workforce situational awareness./ppThe candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Information Technology and a minimum of 60 months of SQL database development/administrator experience. Certifications such as Security+ Certificate, or higher, are preferred. Experience with SQL and Virtual DB environments is also required. The ideal candidate will be able to create and maintain complex functions, stored procedures, and complex queries for applications and business intelligence reporting. Expertise in troubleshooting and debugging SQL code, optimizing database performance, understanding of indexing, querying, and normalization, and analyzing queries, developing security protocols, and resolving problems are also necessary./ppThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
