Consolidate insights into actionable reports to guide campaign strategy and decisions./liliSupport email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing initiatives, and audience targeting strategies./liliPartner closely with marketing, branding, content, and sales team members to ensure digital efforts align with business objectives./liliStay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in marketing./li/ulpQualifications/pulliBachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience./liliMinimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment./liliProficiency in digital advertising platforms and A/B testing methodologies (Google/YouTube/Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, etc.)./liliExperience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis./liliFamiliarity with SEO and SEM best practices and tools./liliExperience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; HubSpot experience a plus./liliTechnical knowledge of CMS. HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required./liliProven experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with competing deadlines./liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into recommendations./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally./liliAbout 10% travel required/li/ulpWe are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $55,957.20 - $74,609.60. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%.
