We are seeking a Creative Director to drive the development of high quality creative concepts and execution for BSE Global's properties. This highly collaborative role will steward the development of campaigns that resonate with target audiences and elevate our brands across all visual mediums. The individual will lead a diverse group of creatives and be responsible for managing efficient department operations, delivering projects on timeline and within budget, and overseeing resource allocations across all creative initiatives.
The Creative Director will craft dynamic integrated campaigns, visual identities, style guides and experiential activations that reflect the DNA of Brooklyn and inspire our fans. The individual will help translate marketing strategies into compelling executions that deliver against business goals. This role is central to shaping the identity of BSE's brands and overseeing the end-to-end creative process for deliverables across a wide range of mediums inclusive of in-venue, social media, web, app, email, out-of-home, experiential and print.

$170,000 - $190,000 base salary
Works primarily in an office environment but is expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays, when applicable.
