Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Assistant Spa Manager to help lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is client-focused, collaborative, and passionate about creating a positive and efficient spa experience. This role involves managing staff, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Assistant Spa Manager is also responsible for driving performance through strong leadership, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle objections during the sales process to maximize membership conversions.
• Exercise sound judgment and operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Plan and direct daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
• Manage staff schedules to optimize productivity, revenue, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment.
• Oversee inventory to ensure accuracy and product availability.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to deliver a high level of satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Mentor and supervise team members in alignment with company standards.
• Motivate and empower the team to achieve and maintain high performance.

Requirements & Education

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
